General Policy

Herohits.com's general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. Herohits.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by Herohits.com if Herohits.com determines that the account has been inappropriately used.

Herohits.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.

You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.

Payment Policies

Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Herohits.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Cancellation

All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of Herohits.com's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.

Lawful Purpose

Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Herohits.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.

Password Protection

Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. Herohits.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.

Disclaimer

Herohits.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Herohits.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Herohits.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Member understands that Herohits.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.

Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. Herohits.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.

Members Usage Agreement

By joining herohits.com's exchange you agree to our Terms and Agreements. We do check and our members do check whilst surfing all the sites rotating on herohits.com but Herohits.com cannot be held responsible for the contents or pictures shown on this traffic exchange, as even though we do check and members check, it is possible for webmasters to change their content at any time, and so there will be times when we have yet to suspend a bad site, or suspend the account of a member for that.  One free account permitted per person, this converts to a paid members account when you upgrade, but this does not mean you can open another free account. Our scripts restrict surfing to only 1 IP address for one member. Please do not send spam to promote your referrals link. . There is no need to spam. We never do, and have never needed to. Normal operation and/or the continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a catastrophic breakdown of our server, we cannot accept no responsibility for loss of service and will not re-imburse members for any time lost. We do run our sites on different servers and will keep a backup of our complete site ready to go, but it may take a while to go live, and your stats may be out of date. This message is here only in case of what if scenarios, whic hare unlikely to ever happen, but it pays to be prepared for all eventualities. We reserve the right to change our offer to members, we will inform members of our decision by email. By openning an account, members are also agreeing to OPT-IN to our newsletters. Members will also receive multiple auomated site messages sent by our system (ie when a paid member gets a random referral, or when a site is suspended). Any member who does not wish to receive email from us are free to close their accounts with us any time they do so choose. Herohits.com will therefore accept no claim that our emails are any form of spam. We have never sent a single email to a non member, and never will. Our members do nearly all teh advertising for us, we run the system, the site grows by our members advertising. (ie Spam is so old hat man !). Any member breaking our terms and agreements will find their account subject to immediate suspension. If we cannot resolve the issue we will eventually close the account. We reserve the right to remove credits, banners, text links, sites, etc, from members accounts once closed, until that happens we will simpy freeze the account, settings, etc, in situ. Rotators are allowed ! Sites that force installation of a Dialer will be removed and accounts suspended. Members who promise not to do this again will be given one more chance, after that we will take steps to ban you from seeing our site at all ! One PopUp is allowed. Sites, which automatically register themselves as a starting site or Bookmark, will be removed. NO PAID TO PROMOTE WEBSITES OR POPUPS - these cause too many problems such as frame breakers, too many popups, stops members from surfing because they take so long to open, etc. No HYIP sites allowed ! No Compounding Autsurf sites allowed ! No Dialog Boxes allowed! No Fly In ads allowed! Erotic or other adult sites, are not allowed on herohits.com. No Hacker sites are permitted. No illegal or warez sites are permitted. We do not allow sites which Break Frames - The offending website will be removed after we suspend it. Only English Websites are accepted. Each website must contain at least 75% English text or the website will be denied. We reserve the right to ban any site that we see as inappropriate from all of our services. You accept that from time to time we send you a newsletter informing you about new services or other related items from our Company. You also accept to receive advertisements from members or programs we believe will benefit you. No autoresponders or bounced emails are allowed to be provided as a contact email address. IF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS BOUNCES OR YOU USE AN AUTORESPONDER AS YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS (IE. WHEN OPENING YOUR ACCOUNT) YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time without previous announcement. If the user does not accept the changed Terms,please close your account.It is the responsibility of each member to know what the terms and agreements are, even if we change the Terms without any announcement. Please check this page occasionaly for updates.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
