| What is a traffic Exchange |
| A traffic exchange is a member only website that enables members to view and show other members websites.
Members themselves judge if a site is appropriate or not. Although we check all new sites, our members surfing ensure that the site is not changed for a bad one. Please report all bad sites, and we will check it and suspend the site. Repeatedly submiting bad sites will lead to account closure. |
| My account shows as Half-Active, what does this mean? |
| This means that you have not surfed the required amount of sites to activate your account. Everyone must surf a certain amount of sites to have their account activated. |
| What is the exchange ratio for the Autosurf and Manual Surf? |
| The exchange ratio is the ratio that members earns credits and view sites. This amount depends on the type of surfbar you use and your membership level. Please see full account details for further info. (A 1:0.5 surf ratio means you receive 1 visit for every 2 sites you view). These ratios do not include surfing bonuses. |
| My account is inactive, why? |
| If you do not login to your account for 365 days or longer your account will be set as inactive. To get activated again you will need to contact us and tell us you still want your account. After we receive the email you will be set to activate your account again. You will need to verify your email, and surf a minimum amount of members sites to become an active member again. |
| What is the minimum cashout amount? |
| The minimum cashout amount is only $10. Everyone must have $10 in there account in order to request a cashout safepay or alertpay or ugotpaid. Although we normally payout the same day it is requested, please allow up to 14 days to receive your payment. Submitting a support ticket at the same time as requesting payout will ensure we pick up on that sooner :) |
| What do I get for joining FREE? |
| You get membership of a free resource where you can advertise to our members for free. You may also receive various bonuses, which are subject to change. Please see our full membership details page for details, which are , quite comprehensive and offer all members more insight into our system. |
| What are referrals ? |
| All members receive a referrals link, shown in your account. This is a special website address. Anyone clicking this link (ie, from another website such as a traffic exchange) and clicking around the site will be viewing pages with your username hardwired into it. If they decide to join (And you can send them straight to the join page if you want to - but it must have your referrals id on the end of it to work) then you will be their upline. |
| How can I receive random referrals? |
| A bonus we offer to paid member only are random referrals. When someone joins without an upline, they are under one of our paid members automatically, totally at random.
This means paid members will build a much bigger downline quicker. |
| My account says waiting for approval, how long does this take? |
| Your account says waiting for approval because you recently changed your website, a banner or a text link. This process usually only takes a few hours but please allow up to 72 hours to be approved. |
| Do you allow multiple accounts? My family like to join and we use the same ips? |
| We do not allow multiple accounts for the same IP address, unless you are a paid member. |
| Are payouts guaranteed on Surf 4 Cash? |
| No they are not guaranteed. We will try our best by doing our part by answering emails well within 24 hours, continuous upgrading system, advertising our site and honest payouts. |
| I havew surfed but my accounts show few or no credits ? |
| The reason this is happening is becuase you have 100% of your credits auto assigned to go to your website you are advertising.
Where it shows "credits available" this is the credits that you have left to add you your sites. |
| Why is my website "suspended" |
| It broke our frames or did not load !
Please change the URL and re-submit. |
| What happens if I start a dispute against Herohits.com ? |
| Of course in a perfect world there would be no disputes, that said we are fully aware that this will happen. We would prefer it if you simply contacted us and we will easily resolve your dispute. Our terms explicitly state that any disputes concerning payments into our system must be first referred to us. Any member simply reversing on any payment processor will have their account here suspended, and we will quote our terms to the payment processor concerned. |
